Kottayam, 17 May 2026: SH Medical Centre organized a heartfelt Relinquishment Programme to honour Dr. Sr. Jessy M. Antony, M.B.B.S., DGO, DRCP, MRCOG, Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, in recognition of her remarkable 45 years of dedicated service to the institution and its patients.

The programme began with the Holy Mass at 12:30 PM, followed by the farewell ceremony held in the auditorium. Sisters and staff members of SH Medical Centre gathered to express their gratitude and bid an emotional farewell to Dr. Sr. Jessy.

During the ceremony, Dr. Sr. Jessy was invited to the stage, where the Director, Rev. Sr. Jeena Rose SH, delivered a heartfelt appreciation and thanksgiving address, acknowledging her unwavering commitment, compassionate care, and invaluable contributions to the growth of SH Medical Centre over the past four and a half decades.

As a token of love and recognition, a memento was presented to Dr. Sr. Jessy. The programme concluded with a fellowship meal shared by all attendees.

The event served as a touching tribute to an extraordinary medical career, celebrating Dr. Sr. Jessy’s dedication, selfless service, and the lasting impact she has made on countless lives within the SH Medical Centre community.
