On 7th September 2024, SHMC celebrated Physiotherapy Day at the East Police Station, Kottayam, with great enthusiasm. The event was inaugurated by Sr. Catherine SH, followed by a session led by Mr. Maneesh and his team, focusing on the importance of daily exercise.

They demonstrated simple, effective exercises and provided tips on preventing minor injuries and muscle spasms. The event aimed to promote physical wellness among police personnel and the community, highlighting SHMC’s commitment to spreading awareness about physiotherapy and healthy living.
