In collaboration with IPCAI Grace Care, Emirates Optical, and Thiruhrudaya College of Nursing, International Women’s Day was celebrated at SH Medical Centre. The event began with a prayer song, followed by a welcome address by Lt. Col. Rosamma Basil and an introductory speech by Sr. Jeena Rose, Director.

Smt. Binsy Sebastian, Chairperson of Kottayam Municipality, inaugurated the program and spoke on the theme “For All Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.”Dr. Anisha Joseph, Consultant Dermatologist, delivered the day’s message, and Sr. Little Flower SH gave the vote of thanks.

Awareness sessions were conducted by experts on topics such as occupational health, mental well-being, cyber safety, work-life balance, and women’s health. The event concluded with cultural performances.
