As part of the World Heart Day observance, SH Medical Centre, Kottayam launched its heart health awareness campaign “SHRITHM 2026” with the inauguration of its official campaign logo at the Kottayam Collectorate.

The SHRITHM 2026 logo was inaugurated by Mr. Chetan Kumar Meena IAS, District Collector, Kottayam, marking the commencement of the campaign aimed at promoting awareness about cardiovascular health and the importance of preventive healthcare.

Adding energy and public appeal to the programme, an engaging flash mob was presented at the Collectorate. The performance conveyed the importance of maintaining a healthy heart and encouraged the public to adopt healthy lifestyle practices, undergo regular health check-ups, and take timely preventive measures against cardiovascular diseases.

Through SHRITHM 2026, SH Medical Centre seeks to create greater community awareness about heart health and inspire people to make healthier lifestyle choices, reinforcing the message that prevention and early detection are key to a healthier heart and a healthier life.
