As part of the Christmas celebrations, SH Medical Centre organized a spiritual retreat for all staff members on December 23, 2025, offering them an opportunity to prepare spiritually for the festive season.

The retreat was conducted in two sessions, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., and was led by Rev. Fr. Roy Kannanchira CMI. Through his inspiring and thought-provoking reflections, he highlighted the true meaning of Christmas, focusing on self-reflection, renewal of faith, and the importance of love, compassion, and service in everyday life.

The retreat provided staff members with a meaningful pause from their routine responsibilities, allowing them to reflect inwardly and experience spiritual enrichment. Participants expressed that the sessions left them refreshed, motivated, and better prepared to embrace the spirit of Christmas in both personal and professional life.

The initiative reflected SH Medical Centre’s commitment to the holistic well-being of its staff, nurturing not only physical health but also spiritual growth and inner renewal.
