On 7 March 2026, a Women’s Day walkathon was organized by JCI Kottayam in association
with Thiruhrudaya College of Nursing to promote women’s health, fitness, and community
awareness. The event brought together students, healthcare professionals, and community
members in a spirited celebration of women’s achievements and well-being.
During the occasion, Rev. Sr. Jeena Rose SH, Director of SH Medical Centre, was honored
for her dedicated services to healthcare and her significant contributions to society. The
recognition highlighted her commitment to enhancing healthcare standards, mentoring
