
SH Day 2025: SH DAY CELEBRATION
25th June 2025 – SH Medical Centre
The SH Family came together on 25th June 2025 to joyfully celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. SH Day was celebrated over three days—25th, 26th, and 28th June—honoring the spirit of service, unity, and care that defines the institution. The celebration commenced on 25th June.
The celebration began with a serene prayer dance, followed by a welcome address from Sr. Joice Maria SH (HR Manager), who emphasized living a life rooted in love and compassion.
Rev. Sr. Jeena Rose SH (Director) delivered the Presidential Address, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the staff and recognizing them as the true pillars of SH Medical Centre.
The event was inaugurated by Sri Thomas Chazhikadan (Ex. MP), who lit the ceremonial lamp and praised the hospital’s inspiring journey from humble beginnings to a trusted multispecialty institution.
In her keynote address, Dr. Jisha T.U, MD, Chief Operating Officer, reinforced the hospital’s motto: “Quality Care with Compassion.” She urged staff to uphold integrity and excellence in patient care.
Sr. Annie Tom SH (Facility Manager) shared a spiritual reflection on the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the guiding light of SHMC’s mission.
A joyful cake-cutting followed, and staff members Bibin George and Manish S. delivered heartfelt speeches of appreciation. The vote of thanks was given by Sr. Jaisy Liz SH (Manager – Operations Nursing).
The event concluded with vibrant cultural performances, the SHMC Anthem, and a festive meal for all attendees—marking SH Day 2025 as a memorable occasion of unity and gratitude.
