Learning Disability Awareness Camp Held at SH English Medium School

A Learning Disability Awareness Camp was successfully organized at SH English Medium School by SH Medical Centre on 9th August 2025. The initiative aimed to promote early identification of learning disabilities and encourage inclusive education practices among students and educators.

The session was led by Sr. Joice Maria SH, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Learning Disability Specialist at SHBSRC, along with Consultant Psychologist Sr. Lissamol T. George and the dedicated staff from the Department of Behavioural Science.

Students and faculty members of the school took part enthusiastically in the program, making the event both impactful and educational. The camp focused on building awareness around learning challenges and equipping participants with knowledge to support affected students effectively.
