An awareness programme was organized at MD Higher Secondary School, Kottayam, focusing on career development and first aid education. The event featured a Career Orientation Class on “Fearless Focus” by Dr. Jitty George, who inspired students with valuable insights on goal setting, confidence building, and career planning.

Following the session, the Sacred Heart (SH) Team conducted a First Aid Awareness Session, which included practical demonstrations on managing emergencies and performing basic life-saving techniques. The interactive approach helped students gain hands-on experience and essential safety knowledge.

The programme proved to be both informative and motivating, empowering students to stay focused on their goals while being aware and prepared to handle real-life situations with confidence.
