Online Appointment Policy – SH Medical Centre

  • Once confirmed, online appointments are final and cannot be cancelled by the patient. Patients must arrive at the hospital counter at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time and present the confirmation email or SMS.
  • If you fail to arrive on time, it will be marked as a “no show” and your appointment may be cancelled. Appointment times are tentative and subject to change depending on the doctor’s schedule on the appointment day.
  • Changes to the assigned doctor are not permitted for appointments booked online or in advance, and appointments scheduled within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled or changed. SH Medical Centre and the attending doctor reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time.
  • Patients will be informed of any changes via the email or SMS provided during booking and are expected to accept any rescheduled date or time communicated by the hospital.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – SH Medical Centre

  • Cancellations by the user are not permitted once an online payment has been successfully completed. All online appointment payments are considered final.
  • In case of a duplicate payment, patients must inform the hospital within 3 days of the transaction by contacting the Accounts, Finance, or Administration Department with valid proof, such as a transaction reference number or a copy of the bank statement. Once verified, the hospital will refund the duplicate amount within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • Once the refund is initiated, the payment gateway will transfer the amount back to the user’s issuing bank. The timeline for the refund to reflect in the user’s account may vary and typically takes 8–15 working days, depending on the policies of the respective bank.
