According to World Health Association ‘A hospital is an integral part of medical organization, the function which is to provide for the population complete health care, both creative and preventive and whose out patient service reach out the family and its home environment, the hospital is also a center for training of health workers and bio-social research’
A hospital must provide personalized care for each person in unique. Must be highly responsive to the expectations of the individuals, the family and the community. Must cope with emergency care management of crisis (accidents & emergencies is an integral part of management of a hospital.
